1. Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed through our official website or social media pages.

  • Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Payment Method

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Bangladesh.

  • We also take payment via bkash and bank payment. This payment needs to be done before we ship your order. Please reach out to us in our social media regarding this payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery charges:

    • Chittagong – ৳70

    • Dhaka – ৳120

    • Other Districts – ৳120

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Dhaka & Chittagong – 3–4 working days

    • Other areas – 3–6 working days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds after delivery.

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person.

  • In case of damage or wrong product, the item must be returned immediately to the delivery person.

  • No claims will be accepted after the delivery is completed.

5. Product Information

  • We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to photography or screen settings.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and product designs are the property of our business. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information (name, phone number, address) is used only to process and deliver orders.

  • We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
