Order Inspection Policy

To ensure transparency and fairness:

  • You must check your order in front of the delivery agent.

  • If you are unable to do so, an uncut and unedited unboxing video is required as proof in case of any issues.

⚠️ Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Failed Deliveries or Rejected Orders

If a customer fails to receive the product or rejects delivery, they will be held responsible for:

  • The initial delivery charge, plus
  • any return charges incurred.

🔻 For Damaged Products

We only offer returns if the product is damaged.

You must check the product in front of the delivery agent.
If it's damaged, please return it immediately to the delivery agent.

If you're unable to check it in person, an uncut & unedited unboxing video must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.

🔁 For Wrong Products

If you receive a wrong product, we will take full responsibility and offer an exchange at no additional cost.
